This year celebrates a new name but the same great race. Great for first timers, yet still challenging enough for the veterans. If you have never done an open water swim this is a wonderful opportunity to give it a try.
About the course
The 1.5K swim is a mass start (up to 150 athletes) from the boat ramp at Lake Shelby. The 40K bike course is a loop on rural roads with some nice hills. The run is out and back along a paved path

Awards
Awards will be presented to the top Overall male and female finishers. Age group awards will be presented to the top three in each age group of 5 year increments.
